It’s week 5!
I started at day 0 with a waist line of 38” and chest size of 38”. That’s a drop of 0”.
Today I check in at 33” waist and a chest of 40” — in 5 weeks, a drop of 7”
I used LPL Protocol level 1 for 2 weeks, LPL protocol level 2 for 2 weeks and now I am into LPL level 3.
Note: this is with 5 weeks of going on 3 cruises, drinking booze, eating pizzas and tacos, not counting calories at all.
This week I will start tracking protein grams early because I want my chest at 42”!
